Montalcino. The winery was founded on 1847. In 2003 the business
complex was reorganized by the actual owners with the help of the
municipality, the objective was the high quality production of the wine.
The
farm philosophy is very easy: Brunello and Rosso are arranged in big
barrels of oak of Slavonia following the ancient tradition of
Montalcino. The quality of this vineyard and the cellar are the total
priority. The ambition is to find an excellent position between the
wineries of Italy.
The farm includes a colonic house of 300 sqm to
restore, cellar of 250 sqm, offices, tasting room of 160 sqm and a shed
of 76 sqm. The lands of the property extend for 20 hectares, the bigger
part are vineyard of which 7,5 hectares of Brunello, 3,5 of Rosso, 5
hectares of Sant’Antimo, 1 hectares of olive grove and 3 hectares
uncultivated. Is possible to realize a cellar of 1600 sqm. The winery
produce about 90.000 bottles for year, 45000 of Brunello and 5000 of
other types.
